Apprentice Program

ExpressionS is always seeking out new talent, whether part-time or stylists/technicians seeking full-time employment.  Qualified candidates may be asked to come in for an interview with Janille Montel, Owner, and/or Amanda Miller, Manager.  After the sit-down interview, candidates may be invited to shadow ExpressionS stylists/technicians for 1-2 days.  Upon new employment, each stylist is required to complete an apprentice program that would last anywhere from 1-12 months, depending on services the stylists or technician is being trained for. Details of this training period will be given during the interview process and determined by the candidate’s experience, resume, and previous education.

Job Shadow

We encourage cosmetology students to job shadow with us by appointment. Please call 574-268-1700 to schedule a job-shadowing day. When job shadowing, we require students to uphold ExpressionS dress code of professional attire, preferably black.
