Janille Montel and Linda Mills opened ExpressionS Salon & Day Spa in 2001 with a vision of bringing a unique salon and spa experience to Warsaw and surrounding area residents. ExpressionS started off at a small location on Center Street with very limited space.
In August of 2008, ExpressionS moved to a new location, still in downtown Warsaw, but with upgraded facilities and more space for the best salon and spa experience.
Janille took over sole ownership of ExpressionS Salon & Day Spa in 2018.

Q: When did you receive your license?
A: I received my cosmetology license in August of 1999 at Rudae's Beauty College.
Q: Why did you get into this industry?
A: I love people and I love making them feel good about themselves.
Q: What services do you love to do or specialize in?
A: I love to do nails and hair extensions.
Q: What's the most exciting part of your job?
A: Meeting new people. Also, doing a big makeover!
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies or what do you love to do in your spare time?
A: I love to be outside hiking and biking, and spending as much time with my family as possible.

Q: When did you start at Expressions?
A: I started working at ExpressionS in September of 2010.
Q: What's the most exciting part of your job?
A: I love being a part of an amazing team! I also love that every day changes and I never know what the day will bring!
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies or what do you love to do in your spare time?
A: I love spending my time with family and friends!
Krista Patrick

Q: When did you receive your license?
A: I received my cosmetology license at Masters of Cosmetology in 2011.
Q: Why did you get into this industry?
A: I love making people feel beautiful while also getting to be creative.
Q: What services do you love or specialize in?
A: I love all hair color but especially blonding! Extensions is another love of mine!
Q: What's the most exciting part of your job?
A: I have built amazing relationships with my clients and I love getting to know new ones.
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies or what do you love to do in your spare time?
A: I love live music! My husband and I love going to concerts and festivals. We also love camping with our two kids. Reading is a huge passion of mine as well as hanging out at home with all of our fur babies.
Haedon Hill

Q: When did you receive your license?
A: I received my cosmetology license at Paul Mitchell the School Indianapolis in 2012.
Q: Why did you get into this industry?
A: I felt like I have always had a natural gift; always did my friends hair for prom, painted my dogs nails. I wanted to do it professionally.
Q: What services do you love to do or specialize in?
A: I love loving on clients & haircutting!
Q: What's the most exciting part of your job?
A: Being able to connect with a client and making them feel seen, special and heard.
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies or what do you love to do in your spare time?
A: I love my fur children! Biking, weight lifting, spending time with "shug-shug's angels" (my nieces), gardening, reading

Q: When did you receive your license?
A: I received my cosmetology license at Rudae's Beauty College in 2007.
Q: Why did you get into this industry?
A: I love to know that every day is different. I am someone that loves change, and knowing I would keep my career interesting by meeting new people and every day is not the same.
Q: What services do you love or specialize in?
A: Any specialty color is my absolute favorite because every service is different and there are so many infinite possibilities to create.
Q: What's the most exciting part of your job?
A: The guest's reaction to the end result. You can make someone feel amazing by a simple service and the impact you can provide is so humbling.
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies or what do you love to do in your spare time?
A: Family is everything! Most things I do involve family, especially my husband and girls. Anytime I can be outside. We have a very busy life, anytime we have the opportunity to relax, we do. We love our german shepherds; they love going on runs with mom!
