Janille Montel and Linda Mills opened ExpressionS Salon & Day Spa in 2001 with a vision of bringing a unique salon and spa experience to Warsaw and surrounding area residents. ExpressionS started off at a small location on Center Street with very limited space.
In August of 2008, ExpressionS moved to a new location, still in downtown Warsaw, but with upgraded facilities and more space for the best salon and spa experience.
Janille took over sole ownership of ExpressionS Salon & Day Spa in 2018.

Q: Why did you get into this industry?
A: My biggest passion in this industry is touching lives and seeing guests leave with a smile on their face feeling better about themselves!
Q: What services do you love to do or specialize in?
A: After doing hair for 30 years, I now focus my skills on training the new staff and the overall well-being of ExpressionS.
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies or what do you love to do in your spare time?
A: I enjoy spending time in my flower garden, camping with friends and family and playing with my dogs.
Amanda Miller

A: I received my cosmetology license in August of 1999 at Rudae's Beauty College.
Q: Why did you get into this industry?
A: I love people and I love making them feel good about themselves.
Q: What services do you love to do or specialize in?
A: I love to do nails and hair extensions.
Q: What's the most exciting part of your job?
A: Meeting new people. Also, doing a big makeover!
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies or what do you love to do in your spare time?
A: I love to be outside hiking and biking, and spending as much time with my family as possible.

A: I started working at ExpressionS in September of 2010.
Q: What's the most exciting part of your job?
A: I love being a part of an amazing team! I also love that every day changes and I never know what the day will bring!

A: I love spending my time with family and friends!
Krista Patrick

A: I received my cosmetology license at Masters of Cosmetology in 2011.
Q: Why did you get into this industry?
A: I love making people feel beautiful while also getting to be creative.
Q: What services do you love or specialize in?
A: I love all hair color but especially blonding! Extensions is another love of mine!
Q: What's the most exciting part of your job?
A: I have built amazing relationships with my clients and I love getting to know new ones.
Q: Outside of work, what are your hobbies or what do you love to do in your spare time?
A: I love live music! My husband and I love going to concerts and festivals. We also love camping with our two kids. Reading is a huge passion of mine as well as hanging out at home with all of our fur babies.
Haedon Hill

A: I received my cosmetology license at Paul Mitchell the School Indianapolis in 2012.
Q: Why did you get into this industry?
A: I felt like I have always had a natural gift; always did my friends hair for prom, painted my dogs nails. I wanted to do it professionally.

A: I love loving on clients & haircutting!
Q: What's the most exciting part of your job?
A: Being able to connect with a client and making them feel seen, special and heard.

A: I love my fur children! Biking, weight lifting, spending time with "shug-shug's angels" (my nieces), gardening, reading

A: The science behind the chair. I can alter the color and texture of hair; it's awesome!

Q: Why did you get into this industry?
A: I thought I wanted to be an OB but changed my mind because schooling was way too long for me. Hair school was the perfect amount of time.

A: Clipper cuts, and curly hair. I'm excited to soon be offering hair extensions!

A: It started off as a way to supplement my income as a single mom. Then it evolved into a love of helping people.

A: My favorite services are Lymphatic Release Massage and Microblading.

A: Being able to positively impact people's lives daily, and leaving the world a more beautiful and healed place.

A: I'm an artist and love creating in my free time. I also like tending to my garden and spending time in nature.

A: I received my esthetic license in 2010 at Masters of Cosmetology.
Q: Why did you get into this industry?
A: I worked at the front desk and loved the environment. The relationships between massage therapists and estheticians and their clients inspired me to get my license.

A: My clients! I love getting to know my clients and helping them feel their best!

A: The rest of my life is consumed with horses and my two perfect puppies.

A: In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy going for walks with my daughter, Baylynn. Also, one of my favorite things to do is picking a new adventure to go on with my husband and daughter and making new memories together.
